[Solved in edited OP] Chroma Keyer is not working

I have Movie Studio 14.0 Platinum and the Video event FX Chroma Keyer is not working (anymore). I believe I did some green-screen projects in the past, but now I want to do it more often it is not working (anymore). Viewed several tutorials and copied every step exactly, but nothing works. Already lost about 4 hours finding a solution. Please Help !

EDIT:

Looking in this community helped me at last. A 'factory reset' (resetting Movie Studio to default settings) did the trick.
