Sony customer now what

Sorry for being a bit confused, but I own Sony Movie Studio 13 and love it, but my pc died so I bought a new one. How do I download MS13 again?  I have the serial number etc and was a registered SCS customer??  But when I downloaded MS13 it tells me the serial number is wrong?

If it is the basic SONY Movie Studio 13 (not Platinum), try if this link works for you.
