Currently on sale via download $40 from Dell. Just posting this in case it helps someone as it seems a good price to me.

Note: MAGIX VEGAS Movie Studio 13 Suite does not have all the extras that Sony Movie Studio 13 Suite included. If the download content is as advertised in the above link, you should get the Music Files, Loops & Samples that are no longer supplied with the Magix version. I see no mention though of New Blue FX Titler EX & Video FX and Boris Continuum Units, which were originally included in Sony MS 13 Suite. Magix VMS 13 Suite advertises those two extras, but seems to have trouble delivering them at the moment.

Read https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/download-links-for-newbluefx-codes-and-boris-continuum-units--104505/ and https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/cannot-register-suite-v13-with-magix--104104/?page=2#ca645805

I currently have VMS 11 & DVDA 5.0 build 186, and want to upgrade to the good deal wjauch found. But I want to make sure DVDA is included--the ad does not mention anything. Any info on this particular download? I should also ask--Am I going to have problems registering this with Magix?

tia,

DVD Architect Studio 5.0 has not been updated since build 186, so you can use your current version of that anyway.

As for your other question, try to make something out of this thread.

At the price I'd get it if I didn't have it and try my luck:)

Thanks for the reply vkmast. You provide very useful info. After surfing around this site I discovered I could upgrade to 13.0 here for the same $40. I currently have no need for the extra software in the Suite. My 11.0 is just the Platinum version--so upgrading to 13.0 Platinum will get me what I need. At least if it upgrade here---I should have no problem with future updates, etc.

Thanks again

You probably know there's no 32-bit version of MAGIX VEGAS Movie Studio 13 Platinum, only 64-bit. A good decision, if that's not an issue.

Thanks for the info---I did not know--but I was hoping for a 64bit version---so it looks like I'm gonna get it :) I have W7 Pro 64 bit installed on both my desktop & laptop. Thanks
