You'll find the relevant Release Notes including those of Movie Studio 11 and Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 11 on the Download Updates: Vegas page.

Actually you have to look in both the Movie Studio 10 Release Notes and the Movie Studio 11 Release Notes. The big changes are up to 10 video and audio tracks, new plug-ins like Image Stabilization, White Balance, Secondary Color Corrector. Also Integrated DVD burning from the timeline, Device Explorer for AVCHD video, 3D editing, new Titles & Text plug-ins, etc. Just tons and tons of new features.
