I had to reset my PC and i need to redownload Sony Platinum 13. Where can i do that?

Thank you. That seems to put me in the right place, but its saying my serial number I obtained from Sony when i purchased 2014 is not valid. Any further ways to get the software. I even have the email from Sony software registration with the serial number in it. Well - it says its an authentication code. It was all purchased online from them. Never received physical disks. Anyway with the auth code to get a serial number?
