Sony Vegas Pro 14 Wont begin installation

I bought 14 pro in the humble bundle sale in 2017, yesterday when I tried to save any changes to a project to window would pop up and say "An error occurred while saving one or more files. There is no license to use this software" and when I press okay it would close the entire program. I decided to try and reinstall the program to see if that would work and now it wont even install, I click on the .exe file and it begins to extract files and when it finishes nothing happens, I've even waited for 10 just to see if it was just being slow.
