I updated my Sony Vegas Pro 21 the other day had zero issues before the update the second I updated and started using again the whole programme is slow and laggy non stop. Main issue for me whenever I add a new video file it's literally takes 6+ hours to building peaks for the audio.. when this would normally take literally 1-3 minutes depending on the length of the video file I added. I have a really good PC RTX 4090 64GB RAM etc.. I use the programme daily and have change nothing about the video files I work with only thing that changed was me updating and since the update it almost useable. Is there a reasons this is happening did the update change a load of unknown settings in Vegas? Is there new fix coming? any help would be appreciated
