Speech to Text

Hi Vegas Team,

I doubted about buying a full license or a monthly subscription fee, the function Speech to Text made me choose the monthly one.

I decided to go for this because of how greatly it will help in my video production for YouTube, but after spending the money and being all excited to try it out, it did not work...

Even though I took a 12 month Vegas 365 License I still get the following message when trying to use this feature:

This feature requires a Vegas 365 License.

I am confused and kind of feeling robbed, because this feature is what made me decide to go for a monthly based subscription.

Is this a bug or is it supposed to be a feature for another monthly subscription?

If it's a feature for another subscription than I would love to receive my money back and cancel this subscription so I can actually choose something else.

@MERPTV Did you log in to the VEGAS Hub? You need to click the 'VEGAS Hub Login' option in the toolbar, enter your email address and password.

When you tried to activate Speech to Text for your audio file, did it prompt you for your login details?

Hi Jack,

Yes I did and after logging into the hub it gives that message.

Is there a certain monthly subscription that only works or is it for all 3 versions?

I took the Vegas 365 for 12 months.

Never mind just found out in small letters that the Speech to Text feature is only with the PRO or ABOVE versions.

Unbelievable, money gone...

@MERPTV you might email infoservice@magix.net and ask if your current (VEGAS Edit 365) subscription can be terminated and then replaced with the Pro 365 one.
