still constant issues with rendering

What a polluted website vegascreativesoftware is....

I do not want or need a subscription so I am using vegas pro 14 and still rendering issues. There must be 1000s of post about rendering/crashing errors and never a complete solution. How do you reach this company? Is there a sony fix/patch to correct this after 10 years now. If i get a subscription will i still have sony headaches that never get an official solution?

Not sure how it can be jacked up after all these years, Blame it on windows if they must but considering windows runs on 3 out of 4 computers world wide maybe they can get together.

FYI, please note re Sony: https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/sony-vegas-vs-vegas--119881/

VEGAS Support starts from here https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/support/ (more advice here)

Trial versions from here. The perpetual (one-time purchase) version is still available.

VEGAS Pro 14 (from MAGIX) was last updated 26th June 2017 (build 270). See the Release history.

@jon-scott, you can purchase VEGAS Pro 19 without a subscription. It's available with a perpetual serial number as well. I'd try with a newer version designed to work with newer codecs.

Maybe try working with Davinci Resolve. Try for free, Studio comes in a tad over $200. No idea how helpful their forums are.

I will gladly pay another 199$ to upgrade, but searching google there are a hand full of links with pro19 issues unresolved.

You can find links for EVERY NLE on the market today that show "unresolved issues". For my system, the latest build of VEGAS Pro 19 is the most stable ever. But I haven't had serious issues with any of the VEGAS versions. I would recommend installing the trial and testing it out.
