I purchased the upgrade Movie Studio 17 on July 20, 2020. It would stop running as soon as I added media. Could not get any support for this issue. a month later an update came out , so thinking this would fix my issue, I installed it. Still doesn't work and still no valid support. I have reported the issue by every means that I could. When it reports it has stopped running their is a screen to report this that comes up. I have repeatedly sent these reports back with all pertinent information as well as kind requests for either a working program or a refund. At this point I am not only discouraged but frustrated. I have used these editing programs since #9 and have kept all of the working versions on my computer. Had I not liked the programs I would not have paid for the latest version! Support seems to be thirty levels down and with no clear cut path to it I wonder if I would ever sail on the ship again! I am using a Windows 10, with all of the latest updates, Acer AME600-UR378 computer, I7 processor, Vegas Movie Studio 17, build #179 and the update.
