Studio 14 stops working

I just upgraded to Movie Studio 14 Platinum Suite from Studio 10. When I try to open the program, it gets to "Creating Windows" and stops working. I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling but still have the same problem. The following is the error message I receive when trying to load:
