Studio Plat. 9.0 vs 13.0

Hmmm.....I just received the email and it's quite tempting.
Upgrade for me would be 49$.
I'm on Win7.

Just a quick question....is Studio Platinum 13 far different from 9.0?
IE: interface, commands moved around, navigation changes.

I really have no project currently but it seems a good offer if I get inspired.

I presume if I d/l the demo it won't conflict with my version 9.0?

Comments?....thanks in advance.

vet,
a quick answer: the revamped "touch-screen friendly" interface seems to be the most criticized part.
See a very good overall review, which includes a thorough assessment of the interface.

You can keep your old versions installed. The new versions are separate installations.

vkmast....

Thanks for the link and chiming in with my mundane inquiry.
Heading for the link now.

I'm not into the touch screen process because of too much tactile necessity.
The mouse is still more appealing to me.

Thanks again....
