【suggestion】about the event button

When the event header is enabled, the event button will also show whatever how much I scale the timeline. This feature is wonderful. like this:https://www.upload.ee/image/9136291/____20181031131351.png

However when the event header is disabled,the event button will not show enlarge the timeline. This is not convenient. like this:https://www.upload.ee/image/9136295/____20181031131351.png

Can you fix it so that the second situation also can show event button?

Not quite sure what you are after but have you tried adding a clip on to your empty event?

scale timeline to enlarge the event until the event‘s length is beyond timeline

This is broken for me too. The problem is that when the end of an event is outside the timeline "viewport", event buttons only show in event headers, but not if event headers are off. Only the very left of the "fx" remains, implying a failed attempt has been made to keep those buttons "on screen".

I think it's a bug. Hopefully it can be fixed at the same time as the obscuring of the stretch percentage:
