When registering the program I registered it with another email, since I had one registered and did not know its password. Now I can't enter the program error -24

I do what you suggest through a pre-made answer. When I try to change the email it tells me that this email exists and it rejects me and I go back and forth on the same thing without any solution.

Well, what I did was reinstall the program and now it works with the email that I had entered by mistake
