When rendering the final video, the image also disappears.

You may need to try and reset software to default settings unless somebody comes along with a solution. The instructions apply to Movie Studio versions as well.

I made a reset according to the instructions. This didn't solve the problem. The preview image disappears at random intervals.

The money is wasted. :-( Too bad.

Installed a Preview (full). The glitch remained. After some time after the start of the image in the preview starts to disappear.
