What's your setting in the dropdown menu of the button @j-v refers to?

And if you deselect this button?

Thanks. I will observe the behavior of the program without this button.

When rendering the final video, the image also disappears.

You may need to try and reset software to default settings unless somebody comes along with a solution. The instructions apply to Movie Studio versions as well.

Thank you very much. I will do it. Let's see what happens.

I made a reset according to the instructions. This didn't solve the problem. The preview image disappears at random intervals.

The money is wasted. :-( Too bad.

Could you try turning off Auto Play in Preview in the Explorer window?

Installed a Preview (full). The glitch remained. After some time after the start of the image in the preview starts to disappear.
