The software will not update.

The software will not update. It downloads, then closes the program when I click on update immediately.

I do not have access to Velocity, so I'm hoping the update will correct this. (I have followed all the tricks and settings the FAQ and the forums have indicated.)

You can also download the update from your Magix Account at https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ and install it by hand.

Try find the installer at C:\Users\[username]\Documents\MAGIX Downloads\

Do you have a Movie Studio or a VEGAS Pro version? The most likely reason of velocity envelopes missing is if you do not have VEGAS Pro.

vkmast I didn't mention that in my post. It's Movie Studio, which explains the lack of velocity. Thank you.
