My experience over the years has been that an email confirming the Vegas Pro purchase and containing the serial number is received within several seconds to several minutes after making the purchase.

Also, it would be expected that the serial number for the new Vegas Pro purchase would appear virtually instantly in your MAGIX My Account under the My Products listing.

Only MAGIX can provide that. Try emailing shop@magix.net as advised in my first comment it you don't find anything related in your email spam folder.

This user forum cannot provide serial numbers.
