Titles and text animation not working on my VM 17 Platinum

Hello

Once, I tryed Movie Studio 15, and the "Titles and Text" in "Media Generators", didn't work at the beginning. But after few days started to working. I don't know why.

And now, I purchased the Movie Studio 17 Platinum, and it is the same. The "Titles and Text" animation aren't working. After I insert the text, in the animation space doesn't appeare any default animation.

My system is:

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Processor: Intel i7-6500U

GPU: NVidia GeForce 940M

RAM: 32GB

Which preset with animation did jou use ?

Well, I am not sure if I undestend your question. I´d say I didn´t use any preset. Still in now project doesn´t work.

You have the Title 10 preset of Titles & Text. You probably need to update .NET Framework.

The hardest part was to update NET Framework. I updated followind this link.

It didn't work at the first time. I had to try several times, but finally worked.
