TRANSFERING VEGAS PRO 10 TO MY NEW COMPUTER

Several years ago I purchased Sony Vegas Pro 10. I didn't upgrade, because I was happy with version 10. I only use the program sporadically (for holiday movies etc). I now have trouble transferring/downloading the program to my new computer (which replaced my old one). I still have the activation codes of Sony Vegas and Sony DVD Architect, but Magix does not show these products on my account as registered - only the demo version I've downloaded before I purchased the program. Can someone please give me advice on my issue?

When logged into the Magix website, have you tried the "add missing serial number" option?

You may need to contact Magix for assistance with this.

@Bart-vM If you have the serial numbers, have you tried to download your VP 10 and Sony DVD Architect from MAGIX Download Center?

As suggested above, contacting Support may be needed as well.

"Older versions of Vegas Pro than 14.0 are licensed under a system (as previously used by Sony) which permits use on multiple computers by one user; after an unspecified number of installations on different or updated PCs you may need to contact support to reset your "installation count".
