Hey,
so after spending a generous amount of time searching this whole "support center" where you can't even contact the staff, I've finally decided to write a forum post. This is just ridiculously annoying, to say the least.

But that's not important right now. I have a question about transferring a VEGAS Pro 14 and 16 license. In the EULA it's made so simple, however in reality I see no way of actually moving my license to a different account. I made sure there are no license slots occupied, yet when I test-try to enter the serial number on another account, it says that this key has already been used. Am I stupid or doing something wrong?

What do I do now? I am starting to get more and more frustrated with MAGIX for making everything so unnecessarily complicated.
