Trial

Is this fully functional? (build 84)

Can a trial be updated to the latest version if build 84 is not the latest version?

Is it 32 bits only?

Tried a bd iso but came with different error messages: this program has a bug, bitrate to high for bluray to burn on dvd and also Video buffer underflows. -

My main software is Adobe Premiere but need a program to produce BD's as I cannot get Encore to function correctly on my new machine. I rather like DA as you can make your own menus which I want. but if I cannot produce iso's....

i7-7820x, 64 gig, 1070Ti, ssd's for OS (W10) and media.

Status: mscorlib.dll::ThreadHelper::ThreadStart_Context::Video buffer underflows. -

The overall bit rate is greater than 28 Mbps. Overall bitrate is too high to burn BD to DVD. Dont want to make a dvd but a bd-iso (or disk).

Did you choose Disc format: Blu-ray Disc in File / Properties, Apply and OK.

Build 84 is the latest one. 32-bit.

Yes.

A previous thread.

Done some more testing: If i feed it H.264 files it fails not so with mpeg2. I rather have mpeg4: better codec.

Does it make any difference if I feed it one file or separate video and audio?

Is 28000 the limit?

"Separate Video and Audio files (must be given the exact same name and saved to the exact same folder location)" in Vegas at least. Doin't know about the trial limitations in Vegas DVD Architect.

Yes I gathered that I was more thinking of multiplexing. Less strain on the authoring.

@Akie - your bitrate should be 35.000 not 35,000. I.e 35 not 35000.

I've fed DVDA with Blu-ray files containing both video and audio. The video was accepted without recompression although the AC3 audio was recompressed. I always use mpeg4.

Thanks, very interesting vk. I learn something new everyday. It appears your corner of the globe treats it differently to mine. So we need to know where Akie is located. The comment "bitrate to high for bluray to burn" made me wonder if the separator was the problem. With my DVDA7 if I type in a bitrate of '20' then on clicking OK DVDA adds the stop and three zeroes. If I try to type in '20,000' it changes it to 40.000 which presumably is the maximum. So that's something else new I've learnt namely that you cannot try to use too high a bitrate. So that wasn't Akie's problem.
