trial activation

I installed the Vegas Pro 17 (the trial version). As I launched it, a window popped up and there were three bars : activate with serial number, purchase online and start trial version. When I clicked the third one (and then the 'Register Now' button) - an empty bar appeared, it said that I had to enter the trial code I should have received after registering. But I haven't got anything. I tried different emails but it didn't work

It would be nice to pause the trial version and be able to check system compatibility after some updates with bug fixes.

The receipt is simple. You must close your browser before launching program. And then everything is going ok
