Trimmer window

I have Sony Movie 12 and want to have the trimmer window shown along side the media project window like it was in version 11. I found some instructions on how to do this quite some time ago but forgot what I did. I recently had to restore my computer and reinstall software so now I'm trying to figure out how to get that window to appear along side the media project window.

click the handle (small dots in the upper left corner) of the relevant window and drag it where you want it and release.
