Two installations of MovStu16 on the same computer.

Customer Service shows two installations of MovStu16 on the same computer so I cannot install a "second" iteration on another computer. How do I deactivate one of the installations on my original computer without killing both installations? My suspicion is that a major update about two months ago installed itself as a new installation and did not overwrite the original MovStu16.

Check which specs are the same of your updated one and delete the other and when it's the same deactivate one of the shown activations. The other will (must 😉) stay.

Yes, there are some earlier reports of this issue. See here and and a couple of comments a bit later in that thread.

Thanks so much for your swift replies. In the mean time, I closed my eyes and deactivated the oldest of the two installations shown on my "Customer Service" window and went to the new installation on the new computer and booted it - this took me to the activation process and I entered my activation code used previously for the install on the older computer and - "POOF" - both computers now have a working installation of MovStu16 - as advertized. I am so happy. Thanks again.

I have been trying to activate this product but it keeps telling me that my activation doesn't work. Can someone please advise?
