Defender and windows firewall are disabled in services.msc. I had checked other threads related to this issue as well before making new one.

Check the activations on your MAGIX Account > My products and deactivate any old ones to see if that helps.

I had disabled activation of previous license but for some reason, I cannot activate new one. See screenshots.

Yes. Those commands basically disable firewall which I have already done through services.msc.
