Hi. I have bought full version of this software and I am on Windows 11 PRO. I have tried all troubleshoot like removing firewall and installed the file from email (copy i get when i purchased) and from the website itself, run as admin, run compatibility with windows 8. Every time i download it just gets stuck on 0%
