Unable to register software - vegas Pro 18 error -24

Hi, wondering if anyone can support, I am attempting to install vegas pro 18, no keys used on the software. I am continually getting an error code 24. Its registered via my sony account under the same email address, and was purchased via the humble bundle deal a few months back.

Please let me know what I can do to get this rectified or someone who can support directly.

Usually means it is already registered under a different e-mail address. Common for issue is trying to register with a space at start of e-mail.

I wasn't aware that you could register VP18 to a Sony account...
