Prior to the update I was able to directly upload to Youtube from VMS but after I cannot. I can enter in all the info but the upload button stays gray and is unable to be clicked. Now I have to render the video and upload it directly via the youtube website....takes over twice as long to upload this way.
Just tested with 11 build 295 and works here. Upload button was available when all fields were filled. Did you check this: When using the Upload to YouTube dialog, tags must be at least two characters long. The Upload button is unavailable if your tag is shorter than two characters.
interesting.. i went ahead and rendered the video to disk then went out to YT to upload it. under the tag box are suggestions in button form that may or may not match the subject of your video. when i added one, i noticed the text was placed in the box with quotes around it which is something i wasn't doing. when i went back in to VMS and retried the upload with quotes around the text this time, the upload button enabled. so that's it.. you need quotes around the each piece of text.
I am also having problems uploading to YouTube through the Vegas software.
It still works if you render the video and go to upload directly on the YouTube website.
I just recently installed the Build 42 update so not sure if the issue is related. It was working fine before.
Every time I try to upload any project I have I get the following error:
Failed to render project for YouTube
