Please note that this is a user-to-user forum and not an avenue to MAGIX technical or customer support, management, etc; consequently, no-one on this forum is able to unsubscribe you from MAGIX emails as no-one on the forum is a MAGIX employee.

You may wish to contact MAGIX via their Support page on their website at https://www.magix.com/us/

As mentioned before, this forum is about to be permanently shut done (maybe within the next 24 hours) because Vegas Pro and some related products are no longer owned by MAGIX. That means that right now you shouldn't be getting any emails offering Vegas Pro or Sound Forge for a sale price because those products are no longer sold by MAGIX. Other email offers would very likely relate to MAGIX products that have never been part of the Vegas line of products.

Btw I mentioned before a month and a half I sent so many emails also on technical support but no answer from them , hello !!!

vkmast wrote on 3/31/2026, 6:40 AM

@gr-br Do you want to unsubscribe/cancel your VEGAS subscription or unsubscribe MAGIX newsletters?

gr-br wrote on 3/31/2026, 6:42 AM

Vegas subscription not newsletters

RogerS wrote on 3/31/2026, 6:46 AM

@gr-br You need to contact sales infoservice@magix.net to end your subscription. Also this forum will be gone tomorrow.

vkmast wrote on 3/31/2026, 6:51 AM

There's no "cancel contract" button at the Vegas website any more as i it is now the new owner's updated version.

I don't know if https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/ My Contracts still has the form to cancel, but tne new BorisFX.com forum has a section about subscriptions in "FAQ for the Transition from Magix".

gr-br wrote on 3/31/2026, 6:55 AM

I already contacted them on that address but no answer for months and that's why I'm here.Btw my subscription is month by month and from start when we installed Vegas we had a problem from our side and that's why I wrote them to cancel my subscription but nobody is giving an answer and they still take money from us .

gr-br wrote on 3/31/2026, 7:00 AM

Dexcon , stop it.You know the story so you play with costumers.Really you think that I'm stupid to listen to you to change my email and erase previous components. You are so funny bro go get yourself a job ...

gr-br wrote on 3/31/2026, 7:02 AM

Also even if you like to contact vie live chat it's not possible. You wait for hours for human to give you an answer and then they said to you there is a problem. What a SCAM

vkmast wrote on 3/31/2026, 7:05 AM

You need to read the new owner's comment anyway. Quote below from their FAQ:

"Will my current subscription agreement remain valid?
Yes. Your existing subscription will continue under its current terms.

Over the coming weeks, you will receive communication with details on transitioning your subscription to Boris FX. Eligible customers will be offered a free crossgrade to a Boris FX subscription plan, which includes ongoing updates, new features, and active support for the remainder of your current subscription term. Continued access to updates requires an active subscription

Do I need to create a Boris FX account?
Yes. A free Boris FX account is required to access Boris FX versions of Vegas Pro, Sound Forge, and Acid Pro. It allows you to manage your licenses, access updates, and receive support.
"

gr-br wrote on 3/31/2026, 7:10 AM

Vkmast yes I already did that on Boris FC and nothing is happening, no support,no live chat , nothing

Dexcon wrote on 3/31/2026, 7:10 AM

Until you clarified that your issue was about a Vegas subscription and not a newsletter subscription - which your original post didn't make clear - my now deleted reply became redundant. Seriously, get a grip.

BTW ...

Really you think that I'm stupid to listen to you to change my email and erase previous components.

I cannot change your email and erase any of your previous components - whatever that means.

@gr-br Did you even read the relevant part of the BorisFX FAQ I quoted? "Over the coming weeks" the new owner will get these things/backlogs solved. And their Support does work.
