Towards the bottom of this window, there is a bar that shows the loading progress, just above the bar it prints what is being loading or what process is taking place. Can you post in English what it is above this bar when it freezes, I cannot make it out?

What do you do at this point?

The progress bar appears, according to Google translate, to be in Polish and is saying "Create a video installer.." I suspect it's the "Video plug in factory" that is causing the problem as vkmast suggests by his post above.
