Updated Payment information, still locked

Hello, I understand that this is a bit of a re-post. Bear with me though, my company credit card expired and thus locked my vegas 365 subscription. I updated the payment method on magix to the new valid card. why would I still not have access to the software?

I'm aware someone already asked this, and the thread said that it was resolved. OP didn't not comment what his fix was, only that "it was quickly resolved"

and the links posted in reply weren't helpful for my problem.

I have emailed , but I simply don't have time to wait "2-4 days" as I have a project due tomorrow. My fault for thinking I could simply update payment info and gain access quickly.

any help would be massively appreciated. I can take this down once it's resolved, but itd honestly be helpful for the next guy if we leave it up.

@vkmast thanks for the chat link, they simply told me to email  sales. I'm aware that this is a user forum, but SOMEONE has had this happen to them and has advice like "it takes 24hrs to update card info"

The easy fix is to simply purchase a new subscription. kind of a joke, but beats waiting 2-4 days. (watch them bill me for both once my ticket goes through) lol thanks vkmast
