Updated to Vegas Pro 22 and I'm being asked for a Registration Number

I pay a monthly fee for having the latest Vegas Pro and as I was working on my projects today, it asked if I wanted to update to Vegas Pro 22. And that I did. Now it won't open and it is asking me for a registration number - of which I have none. It's asking me to purchase or start a free trial. This is ridiculous.

Oop, sorry, it's asking me for a serial number. But the issue is the same. I don't have one and don't see one anywhere on my monthly invoices I receive.

You will need to visit either MAGIX or VEGAS websites, and at the top you will see an 👤icon that will lead you to the Service Center.

Log in with your account, then visit "My Products". You will be able to find your serial number there (it's the same one you used for VEGAS 21)

Is it asking you to buy it after you applied the license key?

I'm on 365 Suite and I downloaded VP 22 when I was notified it was available from VP21. It appeared to be a trial and I was sent a key for 30 days but I deactivated VP21 and used the key on VP22 and both are working. My initial problem is that there doesn't seem to be an updated set of Deep Learning Models that are needed for the new AI features.

deactivating ver21? Or deleting everything and reinstalling? If a bunch of steps are needed to be taken when they ask if I want to upgrade, why aren't they telling me what these steps are? I'm frustrated.

Yes I did find that and although it says it relates to VP22 when I try to install them it wont let me as it says I've already got them and mentions VP21

Deactivating was sufficient and once I'd used my key for VP22 registration VP21 still worked.

Everything is fine now. Before I found the link at the bottom of the announcement I'd downloaded the "latest" Deep Learnig from the Magix website and was installing those.

That doesn't explain what you want to be longer.

This post that you've tagged onto is about registration numbers - is it a longer registration number that you are after? Please explain.
