You should get the email ""automatically when it will be released". It may not happen exactly on the release date, but not later than in a couple of days. The comments here by Magix people (w/ black hexagon) may be of help. (MVMSP 14 was released on 2/21/2017)

I've looked everywhere and the release date isn't even hinted at. Where would I get that information?

The v.15 release date has not been announced yet. Cornico hinted though. Keep checking this forum's NEWS section.
