I purchased the Upgrade to Vegas Pro from my current version. after the payment page went through, I did not receive my product keys and info in my email as it usually is sent there. I want to know what is going on with there web service today. I also tried to call...That was a fail. No one picked up the phone. So please advise as to what I can do about this. Thank!!
