Upgrade to 17 crashes

We are only getting automatically generated responses from customer support. We opened a trouble ticket. We have done everything they require and still we've had no help.

Here is what we get:

An error has occurred:

The instruction at 0x000000180041F9C referenced memory at 0x000000E000000011. The memory could not be Read.

Please restart the program to enable all of the functions.

Please click on "ok." If you want to help by sending an error report to MAGIX.

We did click ok. The report was supposedly sent. We NEVER heard back except for the auto generated response.

We CAN'T EVEN RETURN THE PRODUCT.

What is the fix for this???

Yes, as I said we have a troubled ticket we opened in mid JUNE and all we get back are automatically generated responses and requests for information we have already given. I have never been more frustrated with "support" in my life!
