We are only getting automatically generated responses from customer support. We opened a trouble ticket. We have done everything they require and still we've had no help.

We did click ok. The report was supposedly sent. We NEVER heard back except for the auto generated response.
We CAN'T EVEN RETURN THE PRODUCT.
What is the fix for this???
