I purchased Movie Studio 15 and it doesn't have all the features I need. Specifically picture in picture. Since I bought it and cannot return it, I was hoping to upgrade to Movie Studio 15 Platinum with a discount. However, when I put in my serial number, the website prompts me that the serial code is not eligible for an upgrade. How do I upgrade? Thanks!
