I'm not 100% sure of what you are asking.. are you asking that if you buy the upgrade for a perpetual license of VEGAS Pro, is it possible to upgrade to a perpetual license from a 365 subscription? I'm not sure about that one...
However, if you are just trying to upgrade to the latest version of VEGAS Pro as part of your 365 subscription, just download the latest version when it comes out (19, later this month) and put in your VEGAS 365 serial number, it will work
