URGENT ERROR CODE -14

I have already sent emails a few days ago by email but I am not receiving a reply.

I kindly ask them to solve the problem, I use Vegas Pro for work and I have not been able to use it for days.

On May 5th I bought VEGAS Pro 18 Suite, I activated the license and it worked.

Last week while I was working on a project with a lot of files in it, Vegas shut down and that project didn't open anymore.

All my other projects opened up, except the one I had been working on for days. I have decided to uninstall Vegas and reinstall it but the Serial Number is "invalid or could be applied to another product."

Attached is the screenshot of the license problem. I didn't change my computer, I just uninstalled and installed Vegas pro 18 because my project didn't open anymore

Can you help me solve the problem as much as possible?

Did you ever try Online Live Chat (advised here)? It should be available in an hour or so.

Note that you probably need to deactivate the software on your device (go to your MAGIX Account > My products > your VEGAS Pro > "Show more details" ) besides uninstalling/reinstalling.

My VEGAS PRO 18 Suite is not listed on my MAGIX account. But I bought it on May 5th, I have both the order number and the serial number which worked until it was time to uninstall it.

I have never seen the online chat, when you advised me I looked at it every hour but it was never available.

When you go to https://www.vegascreativesoftware.com/us/support/ does it open the Customer Service page for you? If not, click "Support" on the bar above and in the dropdown menu click "Customer Support". You should find the chat window on the lower right corner of that page.

Thank you very much for everything, the Live Chat did not solve the problem, on the contrary they answered me a little badly because maybe they thought that I was saying nonsense.

After several emails with email sales support, they realized the error was there, but it was an error in the Vegas system when purchasing "Vegas Pro 18 Suite" and they had blocked the serial number.

Now fortunately it works, I'm working on the project and I'm late. I will open a post later for the help of the lag during the preview of the projects.
