All it said was Invalid Serial Number, but that is not correct. I had to replace my OS. The Movie Studio had no problem activating, but Sound Forge could not connect, then when I tried activating through Customer support it was not allowed.

MAGIX Software now has VEGAS products and MAGIX products. The VEGAS Creative product lines have Online Live Chat. See here section 6. Sound Forge belongs now to the MAGIX product lines and you may need to seek help through https://www.magix.info/us/support/
