VEGAS 17 Upgrade Issue

I recently purchased and installed VEGAS 17 Studio. I've been using V12 and I'm extremely happy with the upgrade. The issue seems to be that my BorisFX BCC8 plugins have not migrated into V17. I really count on a lot of these in most of my projects.

I did try installing Boris FX Continuum 2020 Title Studio but that broke all of my other BCC 8 plugins in V12. I'd really like to be able to use these plugins in V17. Obviously I'd also like to be able to use all the plugins I paid for that came with with V17 but I'll settle for being able to use the BCC 8 versions V17.

BTW - After initially having me uninstall Boris FX Continuum 2020 Title Studio and re-install BCC 8 to add them back to V12, BorisFX support stopped responding to my emails regarding this matter. Which ain't cool. Hence the reason for this post.

@licomic support from both companies has been hit and miss. I suspect because of the virus.

Did Boris say one way or another if BCC8 would work with VP17? Asked another way, did you get BCC8 as part of a package deal with VP12? If so, there's a good chance it will only work with that version. Boris or Magix should be able to tell you one way or the other

@licomic you mention "17 Studio" but posted on the VEGAS PRO Video forum. Are you talking about VEGAS Pro or (VEGAS) Movie Studio (Platinum)?

@licomic then you definitely need support from Boris. Try their forum. Sometimes that kicks lagging support back into action. They just released a new version of Continuum so that effort may have meant fewer support people available.
