When I type text in one track event it changes text in another track event also?

First of all, its not Sony - Sony sold VEGAS at version 13. Version 19 is by Magix.
It sounds like you copied the text event and set it to "Create a reference to the original media" instead of "Create a new copy of the source media". When you create a reference on copying, any changes will change all of them.
