Sebastian-Biel wrote on 3/15/2025, 3:09 AM

Today I downloaded a movie where I have a subscription
https://dream-machine.lumalabs.ai/
this is one of the most popular AI services
movies do not work with my VEGAS 22 PRO software
but they work with other video programs
can you fix this?

You are right, VEGAS Pro 22 seems to think it's 12000 fps for some reason.

Frame rate in VP is 12,288.

Changing Project properties doesn't really fix it?

I conformed it externally to 24 frame rate and then it's ok when loaded into VP.

thank you for your help, but I can't correct all files like that. How do I file a complaint in the program?

after many discussions with dream-machine.lumalabs.ai the record has been changed a bit and now Vegas sees it, too bad I can't count on support from Vegas

@Sebastian-Biel Could you share new media for testing (you said it works now)?

No new beta or release build of VP 22 has come out since your post so there was no opportunity for a bug fix to be made. There's usually a lag of months between an issue being reported and fixed.

Thanks to your report the developers are aware of the issue.

how about try to just 1-click in shutter encoder?! i had just done it "cut without re-encoding" in shutter encoder and have success to import & work well in vegas pro 22.
