Vegas 365

Still using Sony Vegas 9 and just upgraded my PC & thinking to upgrade into 365. Have some questions:

What is VEGAS Hub including VEGAS Transfer?
If my subscription expires can I still use Vegas?
Is it possible to change the subscription into normal license?

Note that VEGAS 365 can be activated on 1 computer at a time. For a different computer, deactivate the existing one and activate the other. (See section 9 here for deactivation options.)

I see. I don't see real benefits in VEGAS Pro 365. In fact VEGAS Pro 18 Suite offers much better value than VEGAS Pro 365. I will upgrade to VEGAS Pro 18 Suite.
