VEGAS 365 Error -14

Hello everyone,

I have done some digging and it appears my serial on my account will not work. I pay for the 365 version of Sony Vegas but for some reason it won't let me enter my serial number. It keeps popping up as a cross and tells me to purchase the software.

I'm already paying monthly for 365. I don't have to have to pay for it again.

I have never entered my serial onto another device. What's more annoying is the code I was sent by Support last month, does have a tick but it doesn't work and that's when I get the error code -14.

Please can someone help me? I can't contact the official support for some reason so the community is the only place I can get help.

Serial I was sent by Support worked previously, shows me a tick but no longer works.

Serial listed on my account (I worked out where to find my products page and see my serials) doesn't work and shows a cross telling me that I need to purchase the software. I currently pay for Sony Vegas Pro 365. Money has been taken out of my account for this month.

Only Vegas support team will be able to help as I think error code 14 relates to the licence key already been used.

That's who I'm trying to get in touch with but there's no button for the official support team anymore. All I want to do is speak to them but all I can find is the community help page or the support questions. It's stressing me out. It should be easy to contact their support team. Instead it feels impossible. If you know a direct link for their support and not just the support questions, please can you show me?

Look through/search for posts from vegasheman or other profile name starting with Vegas and message direct from their profile.

As they are part of the developer/support team and are very helpful.

F.i. the name iof the installation or did you replace drives?

I haven't changed anything. I'll admit that I don't always use the software but I've recently got into making videos and needing to edit them. It was only when I decided to edit my video that I realised the serial was no longer working.

Maybe you did not pay your subscripting pay, because you are using the version with subscription?

FYI, the VEGAS Creative Software office is open today. While this is a holiday in some regards, this day in the United States has begun to be looked at more negatively.
