I have done some digging and it appears my serial on my account will not work. I pay for the 365 version of Sony Vegas but for some reason it won't let me enter my serial number. It keeps popping up as a cross and tells me to purchase the software.
I'm already paying monthly for 365. I don't have to have to pay for it again.
I have never entered my serial onto another device. What's more annoying is the code I was sent by Support last month, does have a tick but it doesn't work and that's when I get the error code -14.
Please can someone help me? I can't contact the official support for some reason so the community is the only place I can get help.
Serial I was sent by Support worked previously, shows me a tick but no longer works.
Serial listed on my account (I worked out where to find my products page and see my serials) doesn't work and shows a cross telling me that I need to purchase the software. I currently pay for Sony Vegas Pro 365. Money has been taken out of my account for this month.
