I was just making sure I wouldnt get the wrong version. Also I think I asked this before but is 365 on auto pay? or will it expire and stop working once it reaches the end date? like i dont remember it saying anything about it paying again for this year etc
And if you click the circled "i" re the annual Pro Edit 365 at the website's Online Shop, you'll see this info:
"Subscription and cancellation conditions: VEGAS Pro Edit 365 will be available immediately after payment and activation. The charge for the minimum term is payable as a single sum upon conclusion of the contract. The minimum term begins on the date of purchase. The contractual period of VEGAS Pro Edit 365 will be automatically extended by 12 months at a time until you cancel the agreement. You will be informed well in advance if the extension rate or taxes included change. A cancellation is possible up to 1 month before the end of the contract period. To cancel the contract, please send an email stating your customer number to: infoservice@magix.net"
Please read also your previous thread where you "asked this before" here for further clarification.
@A21-EDITS some of the extra features such as speech to text and vice versa were always subscription based. The text to speech for example is improved in VP21 365 as it is now cloud based - meaning Vegas just provides to interface to a cloud based third party application (I guess microsoft azure AI services) which is beneficial since any improvements by the third party should be available without a new version of Vegas. Extra speech manipulation is also new (style and pitch), but unfortunately styles are only available for some languages.

@A21-EDITS to come back at your question, text<->speech is available for VP21 365 edit, suite or post.
(updated my original comment as it was wrongly stated on the magix website - maybe fixed by now) - see VEGASDerek sollution a bit further)
If 365 expires then Vegas will stop working, like a lot of subscription models. I do not remember if it is on auto pay, I assume it is not, correct me if I am wrong.
@A21-EDITS reading a bit on the magix website, the subscription period automatically extends, but if you want to cancel you need to ask one month in advance. However if you do not pay for the next year (or months), the next time there is a license check, Vegas will stop working. Not sure if Magix automatically charges your credit card however.
To clarify, Text to Speech and Speech to Text feature are now available in VP 21 for the Edit version as well as Suite and Post (for 365 subscribers only). That is a change from previous versions.
Now if I do the upgrade what does that do? Vegas pro 20 is the first Vegas pro I ever got. Also why can't we see our payment method on our profile and billing information? For the subscription why do we have to email them? Doesn't make sense
I've tagged @VEGASDerek's comment as solution to the question in the OP.
The website's Features section (see the screengrab in my first comment) needs to be corrected/updated to include T/S and S/T in the Pro Edit 365 as well.
Yes, subs do auto-renew unless you cancel them first. All 365 versions get access to the features of hub, including the content library, speech to text/text to speech, cloud storage, uploading via the app, etc... I think the only real difference (correct me if I'm wrong here) would be the amount of cloud storage space you get, based on which version of VEGAS Pro 365 you buy.
As VEGASDerek said above, "To clarify, Text to Speech and Speech to Text feature are now available in VP 21 for the Edit version as well as Suite and Post (for 365 subscribers only). That is a change from previous versions."
Re monthly/annual, you just cancel the monthly 365 contract using the same new option you said above that you already have used successfully. Then switch to a 365 annual subscription.
