Vegas and Registration

So I have quite a peculiar issue.

Background: I purchased Vegas Pro 14 via a charity event through Humble Bundle. I have used it on my old laptop for about 2 years. Now in 2019 I have built a new PC and would like to install it. Now I want to preface that I changed my original humble bundle account to a different email.

Issue: I have Vegas downloaded but whenever I tru to activate it. It gives me error code I believe -24 and says it has already been activated and what not. Now when I checked all my accounts on Magix I cannot find one where I activated Vegas. I desperately want to fix this and get Vegas as I loved the software. Thanks if anyone can find a solution

... and to the links provided in the first reply. In a nutshell, you'll need to contact MAGIX customer support to get the error 24 issue resolved.

Thank you! But it appears for me that my product is too old? So I cannot send an email to the support without purchasing a new voucher. Would calling do the same trick?
