Vegas crashes on "Creating windows"

I just upgraded from Vegas 19 to 22. I didn't have issues on 19 but I can't start 22 build 93. Each time the software closes itself in the last step; "Creating windows" without any error dialog.

Some infos and things I tried:

I have an RTX 3080, a Ryzen 9 3900X, 32 GB of RAM and Windows 11 23H2.
Clean registries with CCleaner
Update GPU drivers
Switch GPU drivers to Studio instead of Game Ready
Failsafe boot
Reinstall VEGAS 22
Reset preference settings and cleared VEGAS 22's cache
Disconnect internet

I formated my computer, it still doesn't work and support never helped

@Kenshin9977 Install the English version of Vegas as a workaround, it is a known issue that plagues some French users in Vegas 21 and still in Vegas 22. The Vegas team is aware of the issue but cannot reproduce it yet as far as I know, send as much info you can to help them out to find the culprit and a solution.

Yep, french install. Sadly I solved it by doing a full reset without restoring anything and it works so I won't be able to help the Vegas team (seems they already have it figured out). Some settings might have been kept when I "only" reinitialized Windows without deleting my files.
