nope not working, i have noticed when i run the installer i see a loading symbol for a fraction of a second but it immediately closes. Also i have a 32bit installer on my processes is that is constantly up

@Eyessbrightt … is your computer and OS 64-bit? Vegas Pro 17 requires 64-bit as per the specifications on the web page.

yes it is 64bit, windows 10
