Hi, so since this morning the Vegas Hub just has 3 loading dots on it and never loads and if I try to use text to speech it comes up with a login box which I can't click on.
I have tried signing in and out, resetting my computer and a few other things but I can't seem to fix this issue, can anyone help me, also I have added 2 pics which you can see me signed in on but the Hub doesn't load and i just get that box for text to speech which doesn't do anything.
I am currently having the same issue and was having issues with the hub the other day as well, it must be down. Hopefully not for too long.
Since yesterday the Vegas Hub is not working , anyone else with the same problem ?

As I mentioned in the other post the hub still works on VP21, but not on VP22. The link to the hub services seem OK, as you can open the internal preference settings of Vegas 22 (use shift key+preferences) then in the search filed type "hub", you can copy the hub server network address and log in successfully with your email and password outside of Vegas... I noticed there is an extra field for the hub in the internal preference settings of VP22 vs VP21, so there seems to be a difference between hub use in VP21 vs VP22...

It's still not working for me
The Vegas Hub in VP22 is now working again for me as of today, it took almost 4 days before it was operational again. A bit of feedback from the Magix or Vegas side of what went wrong would be appreciated.
It still does not work for me. I suspect it is a firewall issue as I am in Ukraine. But using a VPN to the USA does not help
The lack of response to a problem several weeks old is not encouraging, Its bad enough that I might not renew
It hasn't been working for me either for a few days, it's probably wrong on Magix's part that it doesn't solve it👎

@Luke-Rigby @Moise-IrinelEmanuel @Donald-Peters Obviously I tried a few things to solve the issue at my side, (even VPN), but nothing worked. So yesterday 13/10 5:14 PM was the last time I tried and it was still NOK. Next time I tried was the next day (14/10 9:47 AM), when it finally worked again for me on VP22.
I did not change or did anything on my side (between those 2 dates I mentioned).
I suspect (but I could be wrong) that some internet server side cache holding on to whatever was wrong or incompatible - was finally cleared. I can imagine if Magix fixes or "upgrades" their server side software (or Microsoft Azure cloud services as it turned out to be), you could end up being unlucky if there is some caching not cleared somewhere down the road (at server side or even in your own ISP).
For those where it still does not work, it may in time...
Some explanation or a word of sorry from Magix or Vegas on the issue would be appropriate. After all some of us lost several days due to a defunct service we paid for. Not to mention the lost time and effort in trying to diagnose or fix it on the client side.
@Leandro-Laydner I do not think Magix employees read this forum often. They are mostly German and Germany based. Vegas Pro employees however do join in from time to time.
And they just did reply, apparently some updates to the Microsoft Azure cloud services...
